This milestone follows shareholder and regulatory approvals, including the in-principle nod from BSE Limited on December 27, 2024.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><em>The company has allotted shares to various non-promoter entities, including prominent names:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>M\/s Minerva Ventures Fund:<\/strong> A Mauritius-based Foreign Portfolio Investor, allotted 5,00,000 shares.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mr. Rajesh Jain:<\/strong> Allotted 30,000 shares, he was one of the founding partners of KPMG in India, served KPMG in both India and Africa, and also held the position of Head-Markets at Walker Chandiok LLP.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Other allottees include:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>M\/s Amartara Rondo Packaging Industries LLP:<\/strong> Allotted 2,00,000 shares.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ms. Sonam Dharia:<\/strong> Allotted 1,00,000 shares.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mr. Lalit Jain:<\/strong> Allotted 50,000 shares.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mrs. Arwa Umesh:<\/strong> Allotted 50,000 shares.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mrs. Monika Agarwal:<\/strong> Allotted 25,000 shares.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mrs. Sonali Gupta:<\/strong> Allotted 25,000 shares.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mrs. Aashima Agarwal:<\/strong> Allotted 20,000 shares.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The issuance increases the company\u2019s fully paid-up equity share capital from \u20b932.78 Cr to \u20b933.78 Cr, bolstering its financial strength and enabling the execution of strategic growth initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>Commenting on the Development Mr. Sanjay Aggarwal, Managing Director of Emerald FinanceLimited expressed, \u201cThe successful completion of this allotment demonstrates the confidence of our stakeholders and provides a strong foundation to accelerate our growth initiatives.
